Sadly, in May 2009 and after seven wonderful years of serving authentic Mexican food in a unique South American atmosphere, hard times meant that the Glasgow restaurant had to close.
Thousands of Glasgow diners and party-goers will have treasured memories of their time spent in Salsa. The restaurant was renowned for intimate dining and themed latin party nights - both will be greatly missed.
Many an unforgetable Glasgow Christmas office party was hosted in the restaurant over the years and we thank all customers, staff members and suppliers for their support over the years.
However, it's not all doom and gloom! The great news for Glasgow restaurant fans is that our newest Mexican restaurant, Bibi's Cantina in the West End of Glasgow, is open for business and going from strength to strength. Bibi's is now serving all the familiar favourite dishes you loved at Salsa as well as many new delicious Mexican-inspired delights.
